The FEI Bureau has stripped the UAE of the FEI World Endurace Championship.
The Bureaus have stated they believe the UAE NF is "not currently in a
position to guarantee that horse welfare would be fully protected" at
the Championships.
As a result, the Championships, will undergo a bidding process to find a replacement venue outside the UAE.
The deadline for receipt of bids is 18 May and the allocation to a
new host will be made during the Bureau teleconference on 14 June.
It is expected that the Championships will now take place in September or October.
