Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur have announced that they made a record revenue for the year ended June 30, 2016.
The £209.8m, attained during a successful season in which the London finished third - their highest ever finish - in the Premier League, represented a 7% increase on the prior year.
The major increases from the prior season came from increased success in European competition and extra profit from operations.
Their White Hart Lane Stadium continued to sell out for all Premier League home games, further underlining the need for an increased capacity stadium to meet demand and satisfy a waiting list for season tickets that has now risen to 63,200.
The London club are on course for another highest-ever Premier League finish in the 2016-17 season, currently sitting second behind leaders Chelsea.
