The four sponsors are; Caisse des Dépôts Group, Elior Group, JCDecaux and RATP.
The new sponsors are part of Paris 2024’s sponsorship strategy that
will be making a contribution to the campaign’s bid budget and “helping
to enhance public and corporate engagement with the bid”.
This announcement follows the signing of Paris 2024’s first bid sponsor in January, La Française des Jeux.
As part of its sponsorship, the Caisse des Dépôts Group will develop
ideas for Paris 2024’s Olympic and Paralympic Village and showcase its
expertise in developing Smart Cities. Furthermore, JCDecaux’s
partnership will focus on smart, connected and sustainable services to
promote a new era of connected city.
Elior Group will activate around sport, nutrition and well-being,
whilst RATP will communicate messages about sustainable mobility.
Etienne Thobois, Chief Executive of the Paris 2024 Bid Committee,
said: “The support of Caisse des Dépôts Group, Elior Group, JCDecaux,
and RATP will help to communicate important messages around sport,
public health and well-being, helping citizens being better connected
through new technology and how sustainability will be at the heart of
our Olympic project – showcasing Paris as a Smart City that is ready to
host the Games for the modern, digital era.”
