Paris 2024 Bid Campaign Boosted by Four New Sponsors

Paris2024BidThe Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Bid has announced that four new corporate partners have signed up as sponsors of the French capital city’s campaign, each contributing approximately €2m to the Paris 2024 bid budget.
The four sponsors are; Caisse des Dépôts Group, Elior Group, JCDecaux and RATP.
The new sponsors are part of Paris 2024’s sponsorship strategy that will be making a contribution to the campaign’s bid budget and “helping to enhance public and corporate engagement with the bid”.
This announcement follows the signing of Paris 2024’s first bid sponsor in January, La Française des Jeux.
As part of its sponsorship, the Caisse des Dépôts Group will develop ideas for Paris 2024’s Olympic and Paralympic Village and showcase its expertise in developing Smart Cities. Furthermore, JCDecaux’s partnership will focus on smart, connected and sustainable services to promote a new era of connected city.
Elior Group will activate around sport, nutrition and well-being, whilst RATP will communicate messages about sustainable mobility.
Etienne Thobois, Chief Executive of the Paris 2024 Bid Committee, said: “The support of Caisse des Dépôts Group, Elior Group, JCDecaux, and RATP will help to communicate important messages around sport, public health and well-being, helping citizens being better connected through new technology and how sustainability will be at the heart of our Olympic project – showcasing Paris as a Smart City that is ready to host the Games for the modern, digital era.”
