
Super
Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has released the Super Eagles squad list for the upcoming
international friendly games to put his team in shape before the start
of the World Cup in June with friendlies against Poland and Serbia in late
March.
Two
players from the CHAN team were included in the list with Al Ahly talisman Junior
Ajayi earning his first Super Eagles Call up and Torino midfielder Joel Obi also gets a recall after both players impressed severally for their club sides, usual suspects Mikel
John Obi, Ogenyi Onazi, Leon Balogun, Elderson Echiejile, Victor Moses ,
William Troost-Ekong and Wilfred Ndidi all included.
The
Super Eagles’ first friendly match will be against Poland in Wroclaw on Friday,
March 23, 2018. Four days later, they will face Serbia in England.
